which greatly impacts the entire recruitment process.
As our new Talent Sourcer you will be responsible for finding potential valuable candidates for all kind of
positions for all of our amazing hotels in the Netherlands, 6 in total. You will act as the business partner
and advisor for the hiring managers of the hotels and work closely with the HR Advisor of the hotels.
As we are a fast growing, still developing company, you have to love changes, are great in prioritizing,
are a real team player and you bring a fresh energy to the team and the company!
