Sourcing is not just searching for candidates, going through pages and pages of LinkedIn profiles. It’s all
about fully understanding what type of person is needed, who they are and finding them even if they
aren’t looking for a new job themselves. This role is an important one - it’s a challenge, and it’s one
which greatly impacts the entire recruitment process.
As our new Talent Sourcer you will be responsible for finding potential valuable candidates for all kind of
positions for all of our amazing hotels in the Netherlands, 6 in total. You will act as the business partner
and advisor for the hiring managers of the hotels and work closely with the HR Advisor of the hotels.
As we are a fast growing, still developing company, you have to love changes, are great in prioritizing,
are a real team player and you bring a fresh energy to the team and the company!

Requirements

WHAT IS YOUR IMPACT?

  • Work alongside multiple recruiters, hiring managers and on various vacancies to develop full talent pools;
  • You will develop sourcing strategies for key roles and develop our talent pipelines. You will map the ‘recruit-ability’ of candidates, identifying where and how to access top talent;
  • You will use creative sourcing techniques, tools and platforms to find passive candidates;
  • Define sourcing angles and targets, and map out where top talent is hiding;
  • You will engage with the candidates - from writing creative and compelling reach-outs, to capturing their interest during phone screens;
  • Setting up high volume sourcing projects.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • You have a persevere and tenacious attitude;
  • “Can’t find” is not known in your vocabulary;
  • You are a self-starter, focused and self-driven;
  • You have sound sourcing knowledge - using different methods and approaches to find the best (hidden) talent;
  • Experience in using internet resources including resume databases, recruiting and search techniques such as LinkedIn, user group lists, industry-specific online professional networks, social media, blogs, and job boards;
  • The ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment;
  • Excellent Dutch and English language skills
