The Sales Intern supports the Sales department in their daily activities. This department is responsible for retaining and increasing the revenue by recruiting and maintaining new and existing clients. The daily activities of the sales department include:
Managing existing accounts (f.e. connectivity and parity issues, promotions, contracts, parity, etc.).
Qualifying potential for new leisure accounts.
Coordinating special deals with leisure partners (reviewing contracts, set up on systems, etc.)
Update databases and reports and use reporting systems to monitor production, evaluating trends, new markets and business opportunities to increase the leisure business.
Coordinate assigned sales activities such as sales meetings, sales trips and site inspections.
Prepare and send communication to tour operators and travel agencies (contracted rates, offers, promotions) on a regular basis.
In addition, the Intern will work together with the sales team to promote EHPC and achieve the commercial targets and goals.
