A sneak preview of an ordinary day at your future job at EHPC Booking Office in Amsterdam;
The sun is shining in Amsterdam and so is your mood. Your day as Junior Project Employee starts with you meeting your EHPC Booking Office Manager about improving the current workflow. This kind of meeting energizes you because you have spent valuable time researching this matter. After this meeting you create the new templates according to the discussed and agreed actions for the new workflow. You finished just on time for lunch, because you never want to miss our staff canteen lunch. In the afternoon you train the Front Office staff at one of our hotels to directly implement the new workflow as test-case before we roll it out to all other hotels. During your training-session, you hear some feedback, which you value because it helps you work more efficiently. As smart as you are, you write those points down for your next meeting with the EHPC Booking Office Manager. At the end of the day, your colleagues ask you to join a brainstorm session for a new hotel in Spain. Of course, you will join because you easily made your deadlines. You are done for today and excited for tomorrow!
