Internship / Booking Office Management (July 2019)

Job description

As Booking Office Management Intern you support our Booking Office Manager with ongoing and new
projects that relate to the activities within the Booking Office team, the operational departments of the
hotels and the opening and taking over of new hotels within our collection. You will be working from our
Headquarters located in vibrant Amsterdam.
What kind of projects can you think of?

  • Creating/updating templates, standard operating procedures and policies
  • Assembling dashboards to review our data
  • Taking care of monthly reporting with regards to conversion, revenues and tracking data
  • Setting up projects to improve working procedures
  • Everything that has to be done to be ready for a new hotel opening or take over
In short, a challenging and diverse internship where you can learn a lot. 

Requirements

WHO ARE YOU?

You are a born Project Manager who can work well independently, shows initiative, is flexible and works
accurately. We are looking for an assertive colleague with flair who cannot wait to work together with
our Booking Office Manager on cool projects. Our ideal candidate will have the ability to work to
deadlines.


WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Follow a relevant HBO/university hospitality or tourism study;
  • Internship for a minimum of 10 months;
  • Excellent English needs to be spoken and written fluently; Dutch is a bonus;
  • Passion for hospitality;
  • Excellent social and communication skills;
  • An eye for detail and stress-resistant;
  • Capable of working independently.
