Europe Hotels Private Collection (EHPC) is an independent hotel company based in Amsterdam and founded by entrepreneur Liran Wizman. EHPC has been transforming the boutique hospitality scene across Europe by creating locally inspired concepts and brands in dynamic locations, bringing an artful touch and fresh energy to the neighbourhoods in which they operate. EHPC manages a portfolio of individually designed hotels including the contemporary design-led lifestyle brand Sir hotels with hotels in Amsterdam, Berlin, Hamburg, Ibiza and Barcelona (soon), the Park Hotel in Amsterdam, the Park Hotel in The Hague, as well as Max Brown Hotels in Amsterdam, Berlin, Düsseldorf and Vienna (soon). Additionally, the EHPC collection includes a concept store, X BANK and handles asset management for W Amsterdam by Marriott International.

You are the ‘ambassador’ of our unique lifestyle collection of hotels. On a spirited, motivational and energetic manner you sell and promote the divers’ brands that EHPC has to offer. You are a true leader with initiative and help the team to the next level in terms of commercial skills. Of course you increase revenues for your segments for all our hotels.


You supervise, manage and lead our Groups, Meetings & Events team (11 FTE) who are responsible for all group room only and meetings & events bookings for all our properties located in The Netherlands, Germany, Austria and Spain. In this role you’ll report to our Booking Office Manager and strongly work together with the Reservations Manager. You will be working from our Headquarters located in vibrant Amsterdam. The majority of your team is located here as well.



Your sales leadership is beyond doubt and you make yourself heard, show initiative, you are flexible, a great listener and being able to carry an international team in a young and fast growing company. We are looking for an assertive colleague with flair who cannot wait to give the commercial activities of the department a boost. Our ideal candidate will have the ability to work towards deadlines, communicate to all internal and external stakeholders and being able to oversee the department and all tasks.


You have the ability to engage, influence and inspire with your natural charm and persuasiveness. You are an energetic doer, diplomat and negotiator whilst observational, keeping a clear head and keen sense in difficult situations.


You have affinity with the unique and “high-end” hotel concepts in the lifestyle segment, experience with (inter)national MICE market. This role is best fit for those who will put the existing and new coming up hotels successfully in the market. Furthermore, you have a strong existing network which will help us taking EHPC to the next level. 


Next to that you are; strong in Project management, revenue-minded and a (financial) tech-savvy.  You know the latest trends within the designated market segments and you are able to respond creatively. 



  • Ideally you have at least 2 years of experience in a leading role, preferable in the hospitality or customer service sector and a HBO/ Bachelor degree;
  • You are not afraid to roll up your sleeves: we are a small team, so for the most part it's an all-hands-on-deck environment. Success at EHPC means taking on anything that comes your way with flexibility and enthusiasm;
  • You are result driven, hungry for a challenge and ready to hit the ground running;
  • But you never stop learning. Curiosity is a must as we try to stay ahead of the curve;
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills (in both Dutch and English); German and Spanish are a pre;
  • Knowledge of OPERA PMS and Sihot is a pre;
  • Experience in direct sales or account management is a pre;
  • Experience in a banquet sales role is a pre;
  • Experience in selling a group of hotels is a pre.
