The Group HR Director is responsible for guiding and directing the overall provisions of HR services, policies
and programs for the entire company. Specifically, this position oversees and directs all recruiting, employee
relations, compensation and benefits administration, change management and training and development
programs for the company. This role is key in developing and nurturing an inspiring work culture by putting
opportunities for group engagement into place. In addition, the Group HR Director is responsible for internal
development of branding and communication and employer branding.
Under the leadership of the VP of HR, the Group HR Director will provide a proactive, effective and business focused Human Resources solution to the HQ in Amsterdam and the regional offices in the European region,
in line with the company strategy, policies and procedures amongst the business units and corporate teams
of the region.
